摘要 为推进合作学习项目实施,人大附中实验小学通过固定教研时间、开展合作学习教学研究、分年级滚动推进等方式,让项目教师不仅从理念上深入理解合作学习,而且从实践中反馈问题、跟进支持。合作学习教学研究主要包括小组建构和合作技能培育、合作学习课堂教学模式研究、合作学习小组评价策略、关注学生学习能力培养等内容。项目实施以来,教师教学观念转变较大,学生在学习能力、团队意识、倾听与表达能力等方面都有了较大提升。 To promote the project of "collaborative learning", the Experimental Primary School of RDFZ has set fixed time for educational studies and discussions of collaborative learning. The studies and experiments of the collaborative learning are conducted in the school from one grade to another, so that teachers can have a better understanding of the concept both in theory and practice. The research on collaborative learning lies in many aspects, such as group construction, the training for cooperative skills, the new mode of class teaching, the evaluation strategy of collaborative learning groups, and the focus on students' learning ability. Up to now, teachers in the school have been armed with new teaching principles and strategies, and students have developed a lot in learning ability, team spirit, and communication skills.
