摘要
北医附小依托"基于合作学习的教学方式改进"项目,从三年级入手在全校试点教学变革。项目实施中,学校从教学理念变革、新型课堂构建两方面着力。为使教师更新教学理念、走上专业研究之路,学校组织教师开展专题阅读分享活动,通过专家讲座、共同研讨等方式对实践问题进行探讨。在新型课堂构建方面,项目学科组利用思维工具,紧扣学科本质,构建了适合学生学情和发展需要的合作学习课堂。项目实施一年多来,师生的积极变化逐渐显现,成效显著。
The Primary School attached to Peking University Health Science Center has experimentally began its teaching methods transformation in Grade 3, as part of the project "Teaching Methods Transformation Based on Collaborative Learning". In the experiment, the school has placed its focus on two aspects: idea transformation and new class construction. To encourage teachers to learn new teaching ideas and to improve their research ability, the school has conducted reading activities about collaborative learning, as well as relevant lectures and discussions on practical problems. In terms of the construction of new classroom teaching modes, the different subject groups have structured collaborative learning classrooms based on thinking tools and their discipline essence. For more than a year, the achievements of collaborative learning are obvious to see.
