摘要
研究渗透结晶型抗裂防水剂对混凝土性能的影响,主要研究了工作性、电通量、早期抗裂性等性能指标。试验结果表明:混凝土中掺入渗透结晶型抗裂防水剂后,不影响混凝土的工作性,减水剂掺入0.75%时,掺入抗裂防水剂混凝土的坍落度达到160mm;掺入抗裂防水剂后混凝土90d电通量较28d下降了48.2%,同时掺入抗裂防水剂混凝土抗早期抗裂性比未掺抗裂防水剂的混凝土要好。
This paper has studied the effect of the permeable crystalline type anti-cracking water- proofing agent on the performance of the concrete. Some primary performance indexes about the con- cretes, such as the workability, the electric flux and the early cracking resistance were analyzed. The testing results show that the addition of the permeable crystalline crack resistant waterproofing agent has no effect on the workability of the concrete. When the content of the water-reducing admixture is 0.75% , the slump of concrete added with anti-cracking waterproofing agent reaches 160mm. The elec- tric flux of the concrete after curing for 90 days is 48.2% lower than that of 28 days. Additionally, the cracking resistance of the concrete with the addition of anti-cracking waterproofing agent was better than that of the concrete without the addition at early age.
