基于投入产出法的黑龙江省服务业的水平及产业关联分析

Analysis on the Level and the Industry Relevancy of Service Industry Based on Input-Output Method of Heilongjiang

以2012年黑龙江省的投入产出表为依据,运用投入产出分析方法,分析了黑龙江省服务业的发展水平和产业关联程度。研究表明:黑龙江省服务业发展水平较低,生产性服务发展不足,服务业提供的服务仍以消费为主;服务业的中间投入率低,表现出"高附加值,低带动能力"的特征;服务业对国民经济各部门的拉动作用低于各产业的平均水平,同时也低于国民经济各部门对服务业的拉动作用。

Based on the input-output table of Heilongjiang province in 2012, the thesis analyzes the development level and the in- dustry relevancy of service industry in Heilongjiang province. The research shows that the development of service industry in Hei- longjiang province is low, the development of productive services is lagged, and services are still dominated by consumption. The inter- mediate input rate of service industry is low, which reflects the characteristic of ＂high value-added, low driving ability＂. The pulling effect of the service industry to the national economy is lower than the average level of various industries, and is also lower than the na- tional economic to the service industry.
