势科学视域下篮球裁判员软实力研究

The Research on the Soft Power of the Basketball Referee from the Perspective of Potential Science

依据势科学理论,运用采用文献资料法、专家访谈法等,分析篮球裁判员的势及势范畴,提出如何构建裁判员体势、气势、理势等软实力,旨在增强裁判执法效能,为今后篮球裁判员培养、选拔和聘用提供理论依据。

According to the potential scientific theory, the two methods of documentation and expert interview have been used to analyze the potential and potential category of basketball referees. How to construct soft power of referees, namely, body momentum, spirit momentum and knowledge momentum, which aims at improving the judicial efficiency of referees and providing the theoretical ba- sis for the basketball referee＇s training, selecting and employment.
