提升职前教师教育实习成效的策略探讨

摘要 教育实习处在职前教师教育收宫阶段,承担着师范生从"理论殿堂"走进是"实战一线",经受历练、华丽"蜕变"的重要使命。但目前职前教师教育实习仍存在形式化、低效性和"肠梗阻"等问题,需要坚持理论与实践结合、共同性、阶段性和反思性基本要求,在实习前备课、登台前、课堂实践以及基础科研活动展开等环节做出针对性强的准备和训练。同时,外围层面需要构建合理的培养模式,配备优秀的指导教师和构建完善的实践教学能力评价体系。 Education practice internship is the last link of teacher education. Meanwhile, the normal university students will ac- cept exercises and transformation from the education theory into education practice. But at present, there are still many problems in ed- ucation practice, such as "go through the motions", "low effectiveness", and "intestinal obstruction", etc. so how to improve this sit- uation? The researcher think should adhere to the following principles, such as "combining theory with practice", "synergy", "stage" and "reflection", to make targeted preparation and training in the Course preparation activities and education research activities, etc before internship. Meanwhile, it needs to construct a reasonable cultivating mode, equip excellent teachers and construct perfect evalu- ation system of practice teaching ability.
