摘要 基于《农网高过载能力配电变压器技术导则》,对不同过载倍率情况下油浸式变压器的热点温度进行了计算,并对比了传统矿物绝缘油和其他高温绝缘油在高过载变压器中使用的安全性能。结果表明:传统的矿物绝缘油不能满足高过载配电变压器的安全要求,综合考虑安全性、环保性等,高过载配电变压器中推荐选用耐热性能更优越的植物绝缘油。 Based on Technical guide for high overload capacity distribution transformer of rural power network, the hot spot temperature of oil-immersed transformer with different overload multiples was calcu- lated. Then the safety performance of traditional mineral insulating oil and other types of high tempera- ture resistance insulating oil used in high overload transformer were compared. The results show that the traditional mineral insulating oil can not meet the safety requirements of high overload distribution trans- former, and the vegetable insulating oil with higer heat resistance is more suitable for high overload dis- tribution transformer by comprehensively considering the safety and environmental protection property.
