摘要
目的 研究原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)患者手术前后角膜生物力学性质的动态变化.方法 前瞻性研究.38例(58眼)POAG作为研究组(以下称青光眼组),于抗青光眼术前及术后10 d、1个月、3个月以眼反应分析仪(ORA)测量角膜滞后性(CH)及Goldmann相关眼压(IOPG),以A超测量中央角膜厚度.选性别和年龄相近的40例(80眼)正常人作为对照组(以下称正常组).结果 青光眼组术前CH值(6.93±2.47)mmHg,明显低于正常组的(10.66±2.13)mmHg(t=10.381,P=0.000);术后青光眼组各时间点CH值逐渐回升,3个月时为(10.38±1.64) mmHg,与正常组相比无统计学意义(t=0.838,P=0.227).结论 POAG患者CH低于正常人,经抗青光眼手术成功降低眼压后3个月,CH逐渐回升到正常人水平.
Objective To investigate the dynamic changes of corneal biomechanical properties before and after trabeculectomy in primary open-angle glaucoma(POAG).Methods Fifty-eight eyes of 38 cases with POAG were included in the prospective study as glaucoma group.Corneal hysteresis(CH), Goldmann intraocular pressure (IOPG) and central corneal thickness were examined by ocular respense analyzer, goldman tonometry and A ultrasonic before and 10 days,1 month and 3 months after trabeculectomy.Sex and age matched in 80 eyes of 40 normal cases were selected as control group.ResultsCH increased significantly from (6.93±2.47) mmHg to (10.38±1.64)mmHg at 3 months postoperatively in glaucoma group.The difference in CH at 3 months postoperatively compared with that of normal group was not statistically significant (t=0.838,P=0.227).Conclusion CH is significantly lower in POAG eyes,and completely recovered 3 months after successful intraocular pressure lowering.
