白内障术前不剪睫毛的备皮方式临床应用对比观察

Contrast observation on clinical appliacation of skin preparation without eyelash trimming before cataract surgery

目的 观察白内障术前不剪睫毛的备皮方式的临床应用效果.方法 对120例（120眼）准备进行白内障手术者随机分为研究组和对照组.研究组60例（60眼）,术前不剪睫毛,常规冲洗泪道及结膜囊;对照组60例（60眼）,术前剪睫毛,常规冲洗泪道及结膜囊.观察两组患者术后眼内感染率、备皮误伤率、备皮时患者情绪变化、手术前后眼睑刺激症状及持续时间.结果 两组均未出现眼内感染.研究组备皮误伤率和备皮时情绪不稳定者分别为0例和6例（10.00%）;对照组备皮误伤率和备皮中情绪不稳定者分别为6例（10.00%）和15例（25.00%）.手术前眼睑刺激症状,研究组仅有异物感16例（26.67%）,对照组有异物感36例（60.00%）和针刺感25例（41.67%）.术后第1、2、3 d出现眼睑刺激症状者研究组依次为34例（56.67%）、25例（41.67%）、14例（23.33%）;对照组依次为45例（75.00%）、38例（63.33%）、25例（41.67%）.以上资料经统计学检验,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）. 结论 不剪睫毛的术前准备方式不引起眼内感染,可减少患者紧张恐惧心理及手术前后的眼睑刺激症状.

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of skin preparation without eyelash trimming before cataract surgery.Methods Total of 120 eyes of 120 patients with cataract intended to receive operation were randomly divided into the clinical trial group and the control group.The trial group with 60 eyes of 60 patients which underwent preoperative lacrimal and conjunctival flushing without eyelash trimming.The control group with 60 eyes of 60 patients received eyelash trimming, lacrimal and conjunctival flushing.The incidence of postoperative endophthalmitis, injury rate and emotion changes in preoperative preparation, eyelid irritation symptoms and their duration before and after operation were observed.Results No endophthalmitis occurred.The injury rate and unsteady mood in preoperative preparation occurred in 0 and 6 （10.00%） cases in trial group and 6 （10.00%） and 15 （25.00%） cases in the control group, respectively.The eyelid irritation symptoms with the foreign body sensation before operation occurred in 16 （26.67%） cases in the trial group and 36 （60.00%） cases in the control group.There were 25 （41.67%） cases with the prickly sensation in the control group.The eyelid irritation symptoms on postoperative 1, 2, 3 days occurred in 34 （56.67%）, 25 （41.67%）, and 14 （23.33%） cases in the trial group and 45 （75.00%）, 38 （63.33%）, and 25 （41.67%） cases in the control group, respectively.All of the above results,the differences were significant between the two groups （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Acellular bovine pericardium patch is the best substitute of autologous or allogeneic tissue used in implantation to wrap the hydroxyapatite.
