冷轧板塑性应变比对凸耳率影响规律的研究 被引量:2

摘要 冷轧板料塑性应变比r值存在各向异性,容易造成冲压凸耳现象。利用Dyna Form数值软件,通过输入不同的材料参数,定量分析了不同r值、不同Δr值对凸耳率影响的规律。结果显示:相同r下,凸耳率随着Δr的增大而增大;相同Δr的情况下,凸耳率随着r的增大而减小;凸耳率与Δr/r值成指数关系,Δr/r值定义为相对塑性应变比各向异性度。 Earings are easy to form in sheet metal deep drawing due to the anisotropy of the plastic strain of cold rolled plate. Quantitative analysis were conducted on the influence of different r value and different Ar value on earing ratio at by Dyna Form numerical software. The results show that the earing rate increases with the increase of Ar under the same r; the earing rate decreases with the increase of 7 under the same Ar. There is an exponential relationship between earing ratio and the value of △r/r which is called anisotropy of relative plastic strain ratio.
