摘要 分析了宣钢一钢轧厂生产的HRB400E抗震钢筋力学性能不稳定因素,采取修订化学成分执行标准、优化转炉工艺操作等措施后,钢筋的性能控制水平显著提升,综合窄成分命中率提高4.2%,屈服强度均值提高18 MPa,极差由优化前的77 MPa降至54 MPa,分布离散性收窄,实现产品零质量异议目标。 The Unstable factors of aseismic reinforcement mechanical properties are analyzed. The perform- ance control level of the steel bar is improved significantly after adopting the measures of revising standards for the chemical composition and optimizing the converter operation. The narrow component hit rate is in- creased by 4.2% , mean yield strength is increased by 18 MPa, and the range is reduced from 77 MPa to 54 MPa. The distributing dispersion is narrower and achieve the goal of zero quality demurral.
