蓄热式加热炉板坯加热质量的研究与改善

RESEARCH AND IMPROVEMENT ON THE SLAB HEATING QUALITY OF REGENERATIVE REHEATING FURNACE

介绍了蓄热式加热炉的工作原理,分析了蓄热式烧嘴温度分布的特性。结合近几年首钢京唐公司的运行实践,在操作制度、燃烧控制、辊期排程等方面进行试验和改进,确定了加热炉一系列优化方案。板坯的加热质量有了明显改善。

This paper expounds the working principle of regenerative reheating furnace, analyses the tempera- ture distribution characteristics of regenerative burner. Combined with the practice in recent years, experiments and improvements were carried out in the aspects of operating system, combustion control and roll scheduling. A series of optimization schemes for heating furnace are determined, the heating quality of slab was improved obviously.
