高校网络党建在大学生网络舆情演变中的功能及机制

Functions and Mechanisms of Online Party Construction in Colleges during the Revolution of Online Public Sentiment among College Students

高校党建在高校网络舆情管理中责无旁贷,并且应该大力开展网络党建,积极参与到高校网络舆论场中来。在大学生网络舆情演变中,高校网络党建应当充分发挥教育功能、引导功能、凝聚功能、意见领袖功能等,要从日常宣传教育机制、舆情协调交流机制、舆情信息汇集与反馈机制、舆情危机预警机制、舆情应急处理机制等多方面,构建高校网络党建参与大学生网络舆情管理的机制。

Colleges and universities have responsibilities in the management of online public sentiments among college students,so they shall carry out online party construction comprehensively,and attend the management of online public sentiment in colleges. In the revolution of college students＇ online public sentiments,colleges and universities shall give full play to their functions in education,guidance,cohesion,and opinion leading etc,and construct the online party construction in colleges from the daily publicity and education mechanism,coordination and communication mechanism of public sentiments,information collection and feedback mechanism,crisis warning mechanism for public sentiment,and emergency response mechanism of public sentiments etc.
