高校文物与博物馆学专业“校馆共建”模式构建研究

构建"校馆共建"模式与体系是高校文博专业建设和地方场馆建设的双向选择,既是文博专业建设综合改革和文博人才培养的需要,也将有效促进博物馆、纪念馆的建设和专业技术人员的业务培训与能力提升。通过构建"校馆共建"模式与体系,将达到校馆联合培养文博人才、校馆合作一体化和校馆共建常态化等目标。高校与博物馆、纪念馆在人才培养、科学研究、服务社会、文化传承创新,以及场馆建设与职业培训等方面,可以在内容与形式上广泛开展合作与交流。构建"校馆共建"模式与体系,将加强文博专业理论与实践创新,协同解决"校馆共建"内容、形式与路径、主体和特色专业建设与人才培养培训等关键问题,具有重要的应用推广价值。

Building the model and system of ＇＂ Building by School and Museum＂ is the two-way choice tbr the construction of the university＇s cultural relics and museum science and the building of the local museum, which is necessary for the com- prehensive reform of cultural relics building and its talent training, and can effectively promote the building of memorials and museums, and improve professionals＇ training and ability to reach the normalization of cultural relics talents training, the cooperation integration of sehools and museums and of building by schools and museums, through which the three sides can extensively cooperate and exchange in contents and forms. It has an important promotion value in application in solving such problems as the contents ,forms and paths, mainbodies and the training of characteristic specialties.
