论地方高校研究生创新创业能力校企协同培养机制的构建

On Construction of Synergy Mechanism of University and Enterprise of Local Graduate Student's Creative and Enterprise Ability

以培养地方经济社会所需要的应用型高级人才为目标,构建校企协同教育机制,加强研究生的创新创业能力培养,地方高校研究生教育才能实现可持续发展。校企协同培养机制有利于地方高校充分利用研究生培养资源,协同提高研究生的实践能力、创新能力及就业能力。构建校企协同机制是地方高校研究生创新创业教育有效推进的关键所在。目前,地方高校研究生创新创业能力校企协同培养存在协作组织机制缺乏、协作方式单一、教学效果评价机制缺位、利益分配机制不合理等问题,因此,应针对上述问题采取有效对策推进地方高校研究生创新创业能力校企协同培养机制的构建。

Graduate student education in local university can achieve sustainable development abase on fostering local eco- nomic and social needs of senior applied talents as the goal, build synergy mechanism of university and enterprise, strength- en training of graduate student＇s creative and enterprise ability. The synergy mechanism of university and enterprise is con- ducive to make full use of resources of graduate education in local university and to improve graduate student＇s practice a- bility, innovation ability and employment ability. At present, the innovation ability cultivation synergy mechanism of local u- niversity graduate student has some problems such as lack of coordination between university and enterprise, a single coop- eration, lack of teaching effect evaluation mechanism, unreasonable for interest distribution mechanism. Therefore, we should take effective countermeasures to construction of synergy mechanism of university and enterprise of local graduate student＇s creative and enterprise ability.
