摘要
综合素质测评是高校人才培养的重要组成部分。以人才培养目标为导向开展综合素质测评时,测评依据、测评价值、测评内容、测评方法等维度应遵循理论逻辑、现实逻辑、发展逻辑和实践逻辑。
Comprehensive quality assessment is an important part of college personnel training. When carrying out compre- hensive quality assessment with the talent training objective, the evaluation basis, the evaluation value, the evaluation con- tent and the evaluation method of the comprehensive quality must follow the theoretical logic, practical logic, development logic and practical logic.
