摘要
青少年的公民责任教育是公民道德建设的一项重要内容,也是青少年个体发展所需。通过对中美青少年公民责任教育的理论基础、价值理念、目标定位、核心内容及实施途径五个方面的差异进行比较研究,阐释中国公民责任教育工作存在的不足和面临的瓶颈。在此基础上,通过公民责任教育体系的建构、中国传统优秀文化的涵养、公民参与机制的协作生成三个方面来提升中国青少年公民责任教育。
Civil duty for youths is an important part of citizens' moral construction and it is also needed for the individual development of youths. By making a comparative research on the differences in five aspects including the theoretical basis, value, goal, core content and implementation approaches of civil duty education between Chinese youths and American youths, this thesis explained shortages existing in the civil education for Chinese youths and bottlenecks it was faced with. Based on it, the thesis aimed to enhance the civil education for Chinese youths from three aspects including the construction of civil duty education system, the cultivation of Chinese excellent traditional culture and the collaboration of citizens' participation systems.
