“翻转课堂”视野下中小学教师信息技术素养的缺失与提升 被引量:4

The Lack and Enhancement of Middle and Primary School Teachers' Information Technology in the Perspective of Flipped Classroom

摘要 "翻转课堂"作为一种新兴的教学模式,充分发挥了学生的主体作用,因而得以在世界范围内迅速推广。教师具备信息技术素养是"翻转课堂"实施与推广的基础。根据多项调查显示,当前中小学教师普遍存在信息技术素养的缺失问题,体现在理念、知识、技能等方面。完善教师教育体系是提升教师信息技术素养的根本路径。一方面,在教师教育的职前阶段,理应开设相应课程,组织与"翻转课堂"相关的教学实习与见习;另一方面,我们可以通过社群学习、新教师对老教师的"技术反哺"等方式,在职后教师教育中加强教师"翻转课堂"理论与实践的培训。 As a teaching mode,the flipped classroom fully plays the main role of students and has spread quickly round the wrold. Its basis is that teachers shouht have information technology quality. However, many investigations show that middie and primary teachers lack the quality in ideas ,knowhedge, skills, etc. To perfect the system of teacher education is the basic way to improve teachers' information technology quality. On the one hand, relevant courses should set up, and organize teaching practice and noviciation related with the classroom in leachers' pre-serviee, and on the other hand, one should streng then the training of teachers' classroom ideas and practices in teachers' post-service through community learning and new teachers' technical murturing of old ones.
