摘要
目的:研究维吾尔医常用药材硬尖神香草花挥发性化学成分及相对含量。方法:利用有机溶剂提取硬尖神香草花挥发性成分,运用气相色谱一质谱联用技术,结合计算机质谱图库检索技术对分离的化合物进行结构分析。结果:共鉴定了46个成分,占挥发性物质含量的65.65%,应用峰面积归一法确定各成分的相对含量。结论:硬尖神香草花挥发性成分很复杂,主要有:十氢-2,3-二甲基-萘(10.44%)、十氢-2,6-二甲基萘(3.23%)、二十八烷(6.67%)、π谷甾醇(9.35%)等。
Objective: use GC-MS study Uighur medicinal herb Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss volatile oil chemical composition. Methods: Organic solvent extraction method used to extract Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss flower volatile oil.Then components analysed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry,mass spectrometry combined with computer library retrieval technology for structural analysis of the isolated compound. Results: A total of 46 components were identified which accounts for the total 65. 65% of the volatile content. With area normalization method determined the relative content of each component. Conclusion: Hyssopus cuspidatus Boriss flower volatile component is very complex,there are following chemical components: decahdro-2,3-dimethyl-naphthalene( 10. 44%),deca hydro-2,6-dimethyl-naphthalene( 3. 23%),octacosane( 6. 67%),π sitosterol( 9. 35%).
