摘要
目的:研究"复方通光散"对wistar大鼠实热型胃溃疡的药效,为临床运用民族医药"复方通光散"治疗实热型胃溃疡提供理论依据。方法:取wistar大鼠60只,随机分为6组,即空白组、模型组、丽珠得乐组、复方通光散低、中、高剂量组,每组10只。除空白组外,其余各组均建立大鼠实热型胃溃疡模型。在造模成功的次日,给予各组大鼠灌服相应药物,早晚各1次,给药时间共计16d,于实验的第26d将大鼠脱颈处死,取血并进行胃黏膜取材,并测定大鼠血浆和胃窦部组织中前列腺素E2(PGE2)的水平。结果:与空白组比较,模型、复方通光散低、中剂量组均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),而丽珠得乐和高剂量组则没有显著性差异(P>0.05);与模型组比较,空白、丽珠得乐、复方通光散中、高剂量组均有极显著性差异(P<0.01),而低剂量组则没有显著性差异(P>0.05);与丽珠得乐组比较,复方通光散低剂量组有极显著性差异(P<0.01),中剂量组则有显著性差异(P<0.05),高剂量组则没有显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:(1)复方通光散高、中剂量组对实验性大鼠实热型胃溃疡有确切的疗效,且高、中剂量组均优于低剂量组,具有一定的量效关系。(2)复方通光散高、中剂量组可促进胃黏膜组织的表面黏液细胞合成、分泌、释放PGE2,这可能是该药抗实验性大鼠实热型胃溃疡的主要机制之一。
Objective:To study the effect of " compound Tong San San" on the Wistar rat model of gastric ulcer and to provide the theoretical basis for the treatment of heat type gastric ulcer. Methods: 60 Wistar rats were random Ly divided into six groups: control group,model group,lizhudele group,compound light scattered low,medium and high dose groups,10 rats in each group. In addition to the blank group,the other groups were all established rat model of gastric ulcer. In the modeling,the rats given orally with corresponding drugs,sooner or later each 1 times,delivery time of a total of 16 days,on the twenty-sixth day of the experiment,the rats were sacrificed,blood and gastric mucosa were measured and prostaglandin E2 plasma and gastric antrum tissue of rats(PGE2) the level of. Results: compared with the blank group,model,compound Marsdenia low and middle dose group had significant difference( P 0. 01),and lizhudele and high dose group had no significant difference( P 0. 05); compared with the model group,blank,lizhudele and compound light scattered in the high dose group there were significant differences( P 0. 01),low dose group were no significant difference( P 0. 05); and lizhudele group,compound Marsdenia low dose group had significant difference( P 0. 01),middle dose group had significant difference( P 0. 05),while there was no significant difference between high dose group( P 0.05). Conclusion: the high dose group and middle dose group have definite therapeutic effect on experimental gastric ulcer in rats,and the high and middle dose group are better than low dose group,and have a certain dose effect relationship. The high and medium dose group could promote the synthesis,secretion and release of PGE2 in gastric mucosa tissue. This may be one of the main mechanisms of the drug resistance to experimental gastric ulcer in rats.
