蒙药地格达-4味汤在D-GlaN致急性肝损伤大鼠血清移行成分的LC-MSDTrap分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:分析蒙药地格达-4味汤在D-GlaN致急性肝损伤大鼠血清移行成分。方法:以地格达-4味汤水提物为示例药物、以D-GlaN致急性肝损伤大鼠为研究对象,应用液质联用仪和核磁共振仪对急性肝损伤大鼠灌胃给药地格达-4味汤后的血清中移行成分进行LC-MSDTrap分析。结果:灌胃给药地格达-4味汤后,在以D-GlaN致急性肝损伤大鼠血清中供检测到9个移行成分,其中4个移行成分为地格达-4味汤原型成分,即,4-O-β-glucopyranosylacetophenone、草夹竹桃苷、獐牙菜苦苷、Sweroside;5个移行成分为代谢产物。结论:所建立的测定方法比较全面、系统地分析地格达-4味汤血中移行成分,为揭示地格达-4味汤抗急性肝损伤药效物质基础提供科学依据。 Objective :To analyze the transitional elements of Digeda- 4 denoction in serum after administration of stomach. Methods : With extract is an example of drugs to D - GlaN induced acute liver injury in rats as the research object, The application of LC - MS and NMR on acute liver injury in rats after intragastric administration of LC - MSD Trap placeality analysis of transitional components of - 4 Decoction in the serum. Results : After administration of stomach for the Digeda - 4, The nine transitional elements were detected in rat serum, four transitional elements were the Digeda -4denoetion's prototype components that 4 - O - β - glucopyranosyl, Phlox glycosides,Swertia bitter glycosides, Sweroside,5 transitional components were metabolites. Conclusion:The established method could comprehensively systematically analyze the transitional elements of Digeda -4 denoction in blood, to reveal to Digeda - 4 decoction provide a scientific basis for anti - liver injury in acute pharmacodynamic material basis.
