摘要
目的:优选炮制泡囊草的最佳工艺。方法:以山莨菪碱和莨菪碱为综合指标,采用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定,采用L9(3)4正交试验设计法考察泡囊草制膏工艺(加水量、煎煮时间、煎煮次数)、泡囊草牛奶浸泡法(加牛奶量、浸泡时间、烘干温度、烘干时间)对炮制工艺的影响,确定最佳炮制工艺。结果:泡囊草制膏法最佳工艺为加药材的8倍量水,煎煮3次,每次30min;泡囊草牛奶浸泡法最佳工艺为加药材的4.5倍牛奶,浸泡4h,40℃温度烘干2.5h。结论:该研究为泡囊草炮制工艺的标准化操作提供了科学的参考依据。
Objective:To optimize processing technology of Physochlaina. Method:With anisodamine and scopolamine as a comprehensive index, using high performance liquid chromatography. By L9 (34) orthogonal experiment, effects of Paste making process ( the amount of water, decocting time and time), Milk soaking method ( milk amount, soaking time, drying temperature, drying time), on varies products of grinder gardenia were investigated. To determine the optimal processing technology of Physochlaina. Results:Paste the optimal process for 8 times the amount of water and medicine,3times decoction, every time 30min, the best process for the 4.5times the milk, soaked 4h ,40 degrees Celsius temperature drying 2.5h for milk soaking methodof Physochlaina. Conclusion:The study provides scientific reference basis for regulating gardenia processing technology.
