中成药制剂抗肿瘤作用的应用分析

Analysis of the Utilization of Antineoplastic Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation

目的:分析我院抗肿瘤中成药使用情况,为提高用药合理性和药事管理水平提供参考。方法:采用回顾性分析方法,对2013—2015年我院抗肿瘤中成药的品种、金额、用药频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:2013—2015年我院抗肿瘤中成药销售金额逐年增加,最低增幅达7.48%。3年中,单品种消耗金额排列前3位的分别是康艾注射液、鸦胆子油乳注射液和艾迪注射液;3年中,排列DDDs前2位的药品是鸦胆子油乳注射液和十一味参芪片;DDC最高的均为康莱特注射液。结论:我院抗肿瘤中成药使用基本合理;但医院还应加强监督管理,规避用药风险。

Objective： To analyze the application of antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine in our hos- pital, and to provide reference for improving the level of rational use of drugs and pharmacy administration. Methods： By retrospective method, the utilization of antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital during 2013-2015 was analyzed retrospectively in respect of drug types, consumption sum, DDDs and DDC. Results： The consumption sum of antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine increased year by year, the lowest growth rate reached above 7.48%, during 2013-2015. The top 3 single drugs in the list of the consumption sum were kangai injection （康艾注射液）, brucea javanica oil injection （鸦胆子油乳注射液） and aidi injection （艾迪注射液）; top two drugs in the list of DDDs were brucea javanica oil injection（鸦胆子油乳注射液） and shiyiwei shenqi tablets （十一味参芪片）, during 2013-2015. In terms of DDC, Kanglaite injection （康莱特注射液） was the highest from 2013 to 2015. Conclusion： The application of antineoplastic traditional Chinese medicine in our hospital was basically rational; The hospital should strengthen supervision so as to avoid the risk of drug use.
