中药封包联合复方苦参注射液治疗癌性骨痛的疗效观察

Clinical Observation on Cancer-Induced Bone Pain by Traditional Chinese Medicine Packet and Compound Sophora Injection(复方苦参注射液)

目的:探究中药封包联合复方苦参注射液治疗癌性骨痛的临床疗效。方法:选取癌性骨痛患者72例,随机分为两组。对照组36例给予复方苦参注射液静脉注射及羟考酮缓释片口服,治疗组36例在对照组治疗基础上加用中药封包治疗。治疗20 d后,观察两组患者疼痛缓解程度、生存质量改善情况以及止痛药用量等。结果:两组治疗后疼痛均较治疗前明显改善(P<0.05);生存质量(EORTCQLQ-C30)评分显示治疗组生存质量改善优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组阿片类用量少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:中药封包联合复方苦参注射液治疗癌性骨痛效果明显,能明显改善患者的疼痛,减少阿片类用量,减少药物副反应,提高生活质量。

Objective： To explore the clinical efficacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine packet and compound sophora injection in the treatment of cancer-induced bone pain. Methods： There were 72 cases of patients with CIBP were selected and randomly divided into two groups. The 36 patients in control groupwere given com- pound sophora injection and oral oxycodone sustained release tablets, the 36 patients in treatment group were treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine packet based on the same treatment as control group, The degree of re- mission, improvement of life quality and amount of pain medicine were observed in 20 days. Results： After treatment, the pain decreased significantly in two groups （P〈0.05）, and the treatment group showed better quality of life （EORTCQLQ-C30） scores than the control group （P〈0.05）; the treatment group showed less opioid amount than the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The combination of Traditional Chinese Medicine packet and com- pound sophora injection showed obvious effect on CIBP; it can improve the patient＇s pain, reduce opioid con- sumption, reduce adverse drug reaction and improve the quality of life.
