摘要 对起重机械势能及惯性能自循环回收利用进行研究,研制新一代起重机械能量回收装置,提出在传统的起重系统中增加节能系统。节能系统由能量管理单元和储能单元组成,采用自主研发的超级电容管理系统,实现超级电容的可靠充放电和起重机械势能及惯性能的高效回收。 A new generation of energy recovery device is developed in line with research on the self-circulation and recovery of the potential energy and the inertia energy of the crane. An energy saving system is proposed in the traditional hoisting system, which is composed of the energy management unit and the energy storage unit. The super capacitor management system which is researched and developed independently is used and the reliable charge-discharge of the super capacitor and the efficient recovery of the potential energy and the inertia energy of the crane are achieved.
