For the project site selection and the layout design, by fully taking into account the characteristics of small size and weak wave and wind resistance of maritime surveillance ship, a location with excellent sheltering condition is chosen, where the water depth requirement for long-time ship berthing can be met. For the structural design, the characteristic of low freeboard of small ship is taken into consideration. The mooring facilities can accommodate the tidal level changes, which will facilitate the berthing and departing and the long-time berthing of ship. The economical and reasonable handling equipment and necessary supporting facilities are equipped with the actual needs.
