为有效地对工程船舶进行远程精准指挥和安全管理,将北斗短报文和移动互联网应用到工程船舶管理中,并利用GNSS定位定向仪,建立智能位置管理平台系统,为工程船舶远程监控管理提供强有力的技术手段,实现工程船舶的高精度定位导航和远程监控管理。
In order to achieve the long-distance precision command and safety management of the engineering ship effectively, the Beidou short-message and mobile Internet are applied in the engineering ship management. The GNSS position orientation system is used to build the intelligent position management platform system. It is shown that the system provides a powerful technical way for the remote monitoring and management of the engineering ship. The high precision positioning navigation and remote monitoring and management of the engineering ship are realized.
