摘要 为评价水电工程泥石流的危险性,结合水电工程泥石流灾害的特点,在参考国内外文献的基础上,确定了基于多因素的水电工程泥石流危险性评价指标体系,并以此为基础,搜集、调研资料,建立了典型泥石流范例库。借助模糊最优识别理论,建立了水电工程泥石流危险性初步评价的模糊最优识别模型。利用该模型对某水电工程泥石流的危险性进行了分析评价,评价结果与实际情况相符,验证了该模型的有效性。 In order to evaluate the dangers of debris flow in hydropower projects, and based on the characteristics of the debris flow hazards of hydropower projects, a multi-factor evaluation index system for debris flow hazards of hydropower projects was established on the basis of domestic and international literatures. Based on this, a typical debris flow model reservoir was established, and then a fuzzy optimal recognition model for debris flow risk assessment of hydropower projects was established by means of fuzzy optimal recognition theory. The risk of debris flow in a hydropower project was analyzed and evaluated by using the model. The evaluation results were in line with the actual situation and the effectiveness of the model was verified.
