《伤寒杂病论》"存津液"的理论体现在据证识津伤程度、祛邪需防伤阴津、配伍用药以生津、煎服方法需护阴4个方面。干燥综合征治疗过程中,存津液的方法可概括为:泻热育阴法治阴虚火旺型"三干"症、酸甘化阴法治久亏之阴虚者、滋阴润肺法治伴见皮肤损害者、滋阴润肠法治伴见便秘者、益气生津法治伴见肺气虚损者、养血布津法治伴见雷诺现象者、和调枢机法治伴见神经官能症者、温阳化气法治津液不布之干燥者、祛瘀存津法治伴见瘿瘤结块干血痨者等9个方面。

The theory ＂saving body fluids＂ from the Treatise of Cold consists of 4 aspects as follows ：determining the state of body fluids damage,preventing body fluids damage by driving the evil qi,generating body fluids by combining herbs,saving yin fluids from decoction and ad- ministration methods. During the treatment,there are 9 methods for saving fluids ：purging heat and nourishing yin to treat ＂triple dryness＂ due to yin deficiency and exuberant fire,sour and sweet herbs generating yin to treat prolonged yin deficiency,nourishing yin and moistening lung to treat skin lesion,nourishing yin and moistening intestines to treat constipation,tonifying qi and generating body fluids to treat lung qi deficiency, nourishing blood and spreading fluids to treat Raynaud＇s phenomenon,harmonizing pivot to treat psychoneu- rosis,warming yang and generating qi to treat dryness due to body fluids failing to spread,removing stasis and saving body fluids to treat goiter,tumor,dry blood tuberculosis.
