齐元富巧用枳壳白术治疗胃癌经验

Experience of QI Yuanfu in Treating Gastric Cancer by Zhiqiao and Baizhu

齐元富认为胃癌是由于正气内虚,加之饮食不节、情志失调等原因引起,以气滞、痰湿、瘀血蕴结于胃,胃失和降为基本病机。临床分脾胃虚弱、脾虚气滞、脾虚痰湿型,在健脾理气、化痰祛瘀治疗基础上尤其善用枳壳白术配伍治疗胃癌,取得良好疗效。

Prof. QI Yuanfu proposes that gastric cancer is usually due to deficiency of healthy qi,with im- proper diet and emotional disorder,and the primary disease mechanism is qi stagnation,phlegm,dampness and blood stasis accumulating in the stomach and leading to stomach failing to lower down. There are weakness of spleen and stomach,spleen deficiency and qi stagnation,spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness type. He is experienced in treating gastric cancer based on invigorating spleen,regulating qi,removing phlem and blood stasis,with Zhiqiao and Baizhu,and the effect is satisfactory.
