摘要
从"健康养生节目"的概念、热播原因入手,结合实际情况,阐述了新广告法施行以来健康养生节目的播出现状。同时对现阶段健康养生节目监管工作面临的困难进行分析,探讨了健康养生节目的监管策略。
Starting from the concept and the reasons of popularity of "Regimen Program",and combined with reality,this paper describes the broadcast status of regimen programs since the implementation of new Advertising Law. At the same time,the paper also analyzes the difficulties in the supervision of regimen programs at present stage,and discusses the regulatory strategy.
