摘要 三电平直流变换器自问世以来,因其能够降低主功率开关管的电压应力,实现软开关方式的优点,成为近年来电力电子技术的一个研究热点。文章从减小主功率管电压应力的实际需求出发,对三电平单元的概念提出、电路拓扑变化、具有软开关功能的三电平变换器的发展现状做了总结描述,给出了具有不同特点的一族的三电平直流变换器,并在此基础上介绍了VRM的现状及三电平变换器技术在VRM中的应用发展。 Since the invention of tri-level dc converter, with the features to reduce the voltage stress of the main power switch tube, realize the advantages of soft switch mode, it becomes a research hotspot in the power electronic technology in recent years. This articles starts from the decrease of the voltage stress of the main power according to the actual demand summarizes how the concept of three level unit is put forward, circuit topology changes, which has the function of soft switching three level converter, and on this basis, this paper introduces the present situation of VRM and three level converter technology in the application of VRM develop- ment.
