摘要
为分析船舶柴油机余热回收系统中各设备的节能潜力,进一步优化该系统,以4 500 TEU集装箱船为研究对象,对该系统进行仿真建模。基于该模型对不同柴油机负荷及给水温度进行仿真,得出稳态工作时该系统各设备的参数及经济效益。为更好地反映余热回收系统中各设备的节能潜力,采用?分析法从质的方面对其进行分析,得出各设备的?效率、?损率及?损失系数。仿真结果表明:该系统具有较好的经济效益,可节省6%-9%的燃油消耗量,其中蒸发器、经济器和汽轮机具有较高的节能潜力,在优化该系统时应重点优化这些设备。
Taking 4500 TEU container ships as the object of study, the load and water temperature of different diesel engines are investigated through simulation of the marine diesel engine waste heat recovery system, to find out the operational parameters of each device and the economic benefit of the waste heat recovery at steady state. The exergy analysis is carried out to find out the exergy efficiency, the exergy loss rate and the exergy loss coefficient of each device, which comprehen- sively reveals the energy-saving potential of each part composing the system. The result based on the simulation shows that 6% - 9% deduction of fuel consumption can be achieved with this waste heat recovery system. The refinement of the evaporator, the economizer and the steam turbine will substantially improve the performance of the waste heat recovery system.
