摘要 基于多智能体仿真技术,以航道通过能力和服务水平为目标函数,考虑不同船舶在多航道情景下进出港的动态变化,构建复杂水域下的沿海进出港航道仿真模型,有效评估航道对港口营运的影响。以我国大连湾水域航道规划方案调整为例,应用仿真模型进行评估分析。仿真分析结果表明,当大连湾入口为双航道时,航道的通过能力、服务水平相比单航道均能得到有效提高,核心的客滚船等待时间能有效减少80%。建议在我国沿海的航道规划、建设和运营中广泛应用计算机仿真技术,促进航道科学合理地发展和高效地运营。 A model of the coastal channel in complicated waters for multi-agent simulation is established. The model is used to optimize the channels in the way that the capacity-service level of the navigation channel is taken as the objective function and the dynamic changes of different ships in multi-channel environment as the condition. The channel impact fac- tors on port operation are assessed. The adjustment of waterway scheme in Dalian bay is planned for illustration. The simu- lation results indicate that planning two channels at the entrance of Dalian bay will notably improve the capacity of naviga- tion and service level so that the waiting time of RO-RO ships can be reduced by 80% or more. The computer simulation technology should be used for the channel planning, and port construction/operation so as to achieve the rational develop- ment and high operating efficiently.
