中医辨证治疗老年胃溃疡患者的临床效果回顾性分析

Retrospective analysis on the clinical effect of TCM syndrome differentiation in the treatment of elderly patients with gastric ulcer

目的:探讨中医辨证治疗老年胃溃疡患者的临床效果。方法:本次研究选择的60例老年胃溃疡患者均为我院2010年6月-2016年6月期间收治,按照随机性分为两组,每组30例。单纯接受常规西医治疗的30例患者归入对照组,接受中医辩证治疗的30例归入观察组。治疗结束后,统计两组患者的治疗效果,随访3个月,记录两组患者胃溃疡复发情况。结果:治疗结束后,统计出观察组治疗总有效率83.33%,对照组治疗总有效率70%,观察组显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。随访3个月,观察组无患者胃溃疡复发,对照组复发2例,观察组显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。结论:老年胃溃疡的发病率较高,且复发率较高,可行中医辨证治疗,显著改善患者症状,减少复发几率,值得推广。

Objective ：To explore the clinical effect of TCM syndrome ditierentiation m the treatment ot elderly patients with gastric ulcer. Methods： Randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases in each group. 30 pa- tients treated with conventional western medicine were included in the control group, and 30 cases were treated by traditional Chinese medicine dialectical therapy. After the end of treatment, the treatment effect of the two groups was statistically analyzed. The patients were followed up for 3 months, and the recurrence of gastric ulcer in the two groups were recorded. Results： after the end of treatment, the total effective rate of the observation group was 83.33o/00, and the control group was 700/oo, the observation group was significantly higher than the con- trol group, the difference was statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： the incidence rate of gastric ulcer in the elderly is higher, significantly improve the symptoms of patients, reduce the recurrence rate, it is worth promoting.
