摘要
落锤检验作为一种简单有效的综合性检验手段,被广泛应用于国内钢轨焊接接头的质量评估。以往涉及落锤检验的研究都是基于标准锤头质量,没有针对非标准锤头质量条件下的研究。为扩大落锤检验适用范围,本文针对非标准锤头质量分析了落锤检验中钢轨接头的受力情况,根据轨底最大冲击应力相等及能量等效原理,提出非标准锤头质量条件下落锤高度的计算思路,为非标准条件下钢轨闪光焊接头的落锤检验提供必要的理论依据。
As a simple and effective comprehensive test method, drop-hammer test is widely used in domestic to evaluate the quality of rail welding joints. Previous reasearch involving drop-hammer test based on standard hammer quality and there was not research under non-standard hammer quality conditions. In order to improve the application of drop-hammer test, this paper analyzed the stress of the rail joints in drop-hammer test for non-standard hammer quality. The calculation method of drop-hammer height under non-standard conditions was proposed based on the equivalent theories of energy and maximum impact stress, which provided necessary theoretical foundation for drop-hammer test of the rail flash welding joints under non-standard conditions.
