摘要
针对普速铁路工务线路工区"检查、分析、计划、作业、验收"5个环节管理不能闭环、管理手段落后、纸质数据不利于统计分析等长期存在的弊端和不足,借助信息化手段,拟通过移动终端PDA数据采集系统和TMMS数据综合处理系统的设计,将纸质数据转化为电子数据,实现数据的信息化处理。对"五个环节"产生的数据进行智能分析和应用,从而实现工区科学管理,摆脱工务设备维修管理过分依赖工区工长和现场经验的现状,最终实现控制设备状态、作业质量和养修投入3大目标。
Aiming at the long-existed problems and shortcomings of inspection, analysis, plan, operation and acceptance management processes in track maintenance, such as unclosed-loop management, backward management, paper data can not conductive to statistical analysis. With the help of information technology, paper data was converted into electrical data by using the mobile terminal personal digital assistant (PDA) data acquisition system and track maintenance management system (TMMS) design of integrated data processing system to accomplish the information process of data. Based on intelligent analysis and application of data, the phenomena of work area scientific management, get rid of equipment repairment over reliance on the foreman and experience were came true to realize three objectives from equipment state, operation quality, maintenance and investment.
