当今世界全球经济一体化带来的文化全球化,不同国家、地域、民族、信仰、传统之间的文化交流、文化融合成为日益明显的趋势,因此提高护理学生的多元文化能力是全球护理教育者的挑战之一。文章提出以Campinha-Bacote文化能力模式开展护理本科生多元文化护理课堂教学改革,以培养护理本科生多元文化能力。

How to cultivate cultural competence of baccalaureate nursing students in this multicultural society is a big challenge to nursing teachers today. The purpose of this article is to using Campinha-Bacote＇ s process of cultural competence model to design and implement multi- cultural course teaching reform to meet the needs of future patients with diverse cultural background.
