摘要
外科模拟教学是在模拟外科临床情况下,利用模拟器采取刻意训练的方式,并通过教师的即时反馈,促进学员外科知识、技能和态度的提高。外科模拟教学内容主要包括技术性技能和非技术性技能两大方面。外科模拟教学已成为外科教学的主要方式,利用模拟教学弥合教学与临床实践之间的鸿沟,加速教学成果向临床转化的进程。
In order to increase knowledge, skills, and attitudes (KSA), surgical simulation is based on deliberate practice by using the sim- ulators and immediate feedbacks of the teachers in the virtual clinical situation. The most common application of surgical simulation is in technical skills and nontechnical skills. Surgical simulation has become the preferred method for teaching and training. The use of simulation has been expanded to help bridge the gaps between education and clinic medicine, and accelerated the transformation from educational achievements to clinical practice.
