The basic skill of teaching is the core part of the teaching ability.The young teachers are the main force in the development of colleges and Universities.And it is an urgent task to improve young teachers＇ teaching basic skills.As an ancient Chinese medical paper says doctors need to be precise and highly skilled. The young teachers shall be carefidly chosen, accurately trained, well prepared, precisely assessed and precisely motivated.
