摘要
目的:为了评价口腔颌面外科的教学及临床实习效果,将OSCE引入了考核方式之中。方法:选择西安交通大学口腔医院口腔临床专业本科生30名,在口腔颌面外科实习前及实习结束后各进行一次OSCE考试,对比分析两次考试成绩差异。结果:实习结束后的OSCE成绩明显优于实习前。结论:OSCE是一种能客观反映医学生综合能力的考核方式,有助于评价医学教学效果,值得推广和应用。
Objectives: Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE) was used as an examination method to evaluate Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery teaching. Methods: 30 undergraduate students, majoring in Stomatology in Xi'an Jiaotong University, were evaluated by OSCE both be- fore and after clinical training. Result: Students achieved higher scores after clinical training. Conclusion: OSCE is an objective method to evaluate clinical teaching.
