During my visiting at the Harvard Medical School Affiliated Brigham and women＇ s Hospital, I have well comprehended the Har- vard Combined Orthopaedics Residency Program through communication with residents and daily careful observation. This paper draws a per- spective view of training modes, contents and concepts of Harvard Combined Orthopaedics Residency Program, which may bring inspirations to domestic medical education reform in future.
