基于警务实战实训的新版机动车牌证查验方法研究

It is an important responsibility of traffic police to check the motor vehicle certificates by law. As a surge in motor vehicle ownership, illegal behavior of automobile fake certificates has become increasingly prominent, and the people reflect strongly. Therefore, how to quickly and effectively check the motor vehicle fake certificates, traffic police law enforcement in the practical work at the grass-roots level is an urgent need to solve the skills. On the basis of the new motor vehicle certificates of national public security industry standard regulation, from theoretical, practical and technological view, this article provides reference for traffic police and traffic management engineering major of police colleges in the process of law enforcement and daily learning to quickly grasp the technology content of the new motor vehicle certificates, and effectively inspect certificates to maintain the road traffic safety, and the legitimate rights and interests of the masses of the People.
