刑事侦查技术是刑事侦查与刑事科学技术的简称,是研究犯罪和抓捕罪犯的各种方法的总和。痕迹检验技术作为刑事侦查技术的重中之重一直都是公安机关顺利开展刑侦工作不可或缺的砝码。目前,在我国刑事案件的侦查取证中依然存在着重"口供主义"轻"物证取得"的现象。要做到与新刑诉法修改的无缝对接,快速精准打击犯罪,维护社会治安,就要充分利用痕检的实践价值为破难案、要案提供全新视野。
