Research on Car Body Structure of Container Flatcar

简要介绍了国内外集装箱平车发展情况,分别阐述了框架式承载车体结构和骨架式承载车体结构2种单层集装箱平车车体结构形式,通过分析长底架车体结构、双联12.19 m车体结构、2单元关节式组合车体结构3种具体结构形式,讨论了24.38 m集装箱平车车体结构选型思路,分析了各种车体结构的优缺点,提出了集装箱平车车体结构设计的选取原则。

This paper introduces the development situation of container flatcar at home and abroad, describes two types of car body structure, including frame style and skeleton type. Through analyzing three specific structural forms of 24.38 m contain- er flatcar, it discusses the advantages and disadvantages of each structure, and puts forward the car body structure selection principle of the container flatcar.
