摘要 为了纠正目前铁路机车轮对生产过程中技术人员片面认为轮对组装压装力越大越安全的错误理念,阐述了机车轮对组装压装力、过盈量、紧固力三者的概念,从轮轴配合的机械性能角度分析了压装力和过盈量对轮轴压装质量的影响,指出在轮对组装过程中过盈量应该在合理的范围内,并非越接近上限越好,提出了提高生产过程中轮轴压装质量的相关建议。 There is a flawed idea in the process of railway locomotive wheel set assembly, that is the greater the press-fit force, the more secure the locomotive. In order to correct the idea, this paper expounds the concepts of press-fit force, mag- nitude of interference and fastening force, analyzes the influence of press-fit force and magnitude of interference on wheel- axle press-fit quality from the perspective of the mechanical behavior of wheel-axle fit. Then it points out that the magnitude of interference should be within a reasonable range in the process of wheel set assembly and puts forward some suggestions on improving the wheel-axle press-fit quality.
