摘要
压缩机气缸盖联接螺栓是用来把气缸盖、垫片、缸体等重要可拆卸部件联接在一起,并提供足够的预紧力,以保证压缩机密封性能,因此联接螺栓的设计与校核对压缩机的可靠性非常重要。本文在理论分析的基础上,采用基于螺纹接触截面的有限元方法对气缸盖联接螺栓进行校核,不仅得到与理论计算相同的螺栓强度结果,而且使螺栓在不同工况下的应力分布情况及伸长量得到较好呈现。通过瞬态动力学分析得到螺纹部位应力应变的精确结果以及动态压差下螺栓应力的周期变化,为分析螺栓的疲劳周期提供依据,也为解决类似的螺栓联接分析问题提供重要的解决方法。
The compressor cylinder head bolt is used for the cylinder head, gasket, cylinder body and other important removable parts join together,whether it meet the design requirements directly determines the realization of the compressor seal performance, so it is very important to check and analysis for the bolt. Based on the theoretical calculation, finite element analysis is used to check the design validity in this paper. On the basis of theoretical analysis of this paper, the FEA method based on screw thread contact section checks the connecting bolt at the cylinder head, not only be the same as the theoretical calculation of bolt strength as a result,and make the bolt that on the stress distribution under different working conditions and elongation to get better. Due to this way to simplify the threaded portion, bolt greatly improve the efficiency of modeling, reduce the calculation time, and also can get the accurate fruit of threaded parts of stress and strain. As a result of different cavity pressure stress distribution of the different parts of the bolt,the page provide the basis for design and optimization of bolt,also the importantsolution method for analysis of bolt connection of the similar problems.
