摘要 为解决乳化炸药低温产品因后续发泡导致外观不饱满甚至拒爆等质量问题,对产品敏化机理进行分析研究,提出影响产品敏化效果的因素主要有:温度、敏化剂用量、预留长度等,经过多年的生产实践及试验总结出:敏化温度控制在44-47℃,发泡剂加入量为0.25-0.27%、促进剂加入量为0.13-0.15%,预留长度为3-4cm时,产品质量良好,因敏化问题导致产品质量事故的现象得以解决。 In order to solve the problem of low temperature emulsified explosive products due to subsequent foaming leads to the appearance of not full or even misfire and other quality problems, to analyze the influence factors of sensitization mechanism of products, products mainly include: the sensitization effect of temperature, dosage of sensitizer, reserved length, after many years of production practice and experiment: sensitization temperature control in 44-47 ℃, foaming agent is added to the 0.25-0.27% promoter, adding 0.13-0.15%, reserved length is 3-4cm, the product quality is good, because of problems led to sensitized product quality accident problem is solved.
