目的探讨如何助推国际卫生机场的创建,以服务天津自贸区建设。方法根据现行政策法规,分析自贸区的设立对空港口岸卫生安全提出的挑战和要求。结合天津空港口岸具体情况,从服务自贸区建设的角度提出助推国际卫生机场创建的思路和方法。结果创建国际卫生机场工作既有优势又面临劣势,优势有硬件设施完备、理论基础扎实、技术储备完善,劣势为沟通联动需加强、主体积极性有待提高等。结论对创建国际卫生机场工作提出建议,包括广泛动员宣传、全面统筹安排、细化工作任务等。

Objective to discuss how to assist the establishment of Tianjin international sanitary airport to serve for the construction of China（Tianjin） Free Trade Zone. Methods According to current policies and regulations, to analyze the challenges and requirements that the construction of Free Trade Zone brings to health safety of the international airport. Combining with the specific situation of Tianjin international airport, this paper proposes ideas and methods that can assist the establishment of Tianjin international sanitary airport from the perspective of serving for the construction of Free Trade Zone. Results The establishment of Tianjin international sanitary airport faces both advantages and disadvantages. Advantages include completed hardware facilities, solid theoretical foundation and improved technical reserves, while disadvantages include strengthening of communication linkage and enhancing the subject’s enthusiasm. Conclusion It offers suggestions containing extensive mobilization propaganda, overall arrangement and tasks refinement.
