三级预防理论在输入性媒介生物防控中的应用探讨

Discussion on Application of Tertiary Prevention Theory on the Prevention and Control of Imported Medical Vectors

媒介生物能够传播人类疾病,对生命健康造成威胁,我国每年都有大量外来媒介生物输入,防控工作任重道远。三级预防是较为成熟的疾病控制策略,其主体思想具有广泛适用性。本文对三级预防理论体系在输入性媒介生物防控工作中的应用展开讨论,将现阶段媒介生物检验检疫工作分析整合后建立检验检疫三级预防体系,最终认为应用三级预防理论开展输入性媒介防控具有可行性。

Medical vectors can spread disease and pose a threat to human life and health. A large number of foreign medical vector are imported into China every year which is a big trouble of preventing and controlling.Tertiary prevention theory is a mature theory in the prevention of diseases and its main idea was widely applicable. In this passage, we will discuss the application of tertiary prevention theory on control of medical vector and establish the tertiary prevention theory of inspection and quarantine after analyzing the current situation of inspection and quarantine in medical vector control. Finally we think the tertiary prevention theory has a certain feasibility in medical vector control.
